The TV monitors in the public space of the university show my video Our Law 2018 with the text based on ‘A guide to the procedure for recognition of refugee status’ in Japan. The Japanese recognition for the refugees from 2016 to 2017 has held only about 40 refugees in Japan. I have critiqued the condition of international students as a part of the immigration issue in the UK within my previous practice. Through this work I brought the shameful system of my county to discuss the transnational situation which is open to criticism.  In this work I  will critique the system of human capital in both country, Japan and the UK and highlight the behavior of institutional nationalism.
